Summit is just around the corner on Sept 12-14 in San Jose. We will present a quick overview of what to expect out of the summit, both if you're attending or if you're not.

Our main talk will be about Service Desk and one person's journey to implementation. This will be an under the cover look at some of the intricacies of Service Desk.

We are looking forward to catching up with everyone. As usual there will be refreshments and of course SWAG.
