Michael Soh is the manager of the Laboratory Informatics at the Inova Transitional Medicine Institute and helped usher an age of Agile into the healthcare space. In his talk, Michael will share a story about how a group of laboratory technicians wanted to streamline the process of growing cell cultures and extracting their DNA using Agile Scrum and how ITMI users JIRA to schedule these sprints.
