Thad West, a recovering Java developer, has been using the Atlassian tool since 2003. In 2005 he co-founded Isos Technology, a Platinum and Enterprise Atlassian Solution Provider with a strong focus on bringing Atlassian solutions to companies of all sizes.

Thad has honed his skills through extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise application development and team management. He has diverse enterprise application experience in a wide range of fields, including finance, health services, insurance, construction, government and retail technologies. In recent years, Thad has worked to deliver JIRA Service Desk solutions across a variety of industries and companies, including the DoD and Atlassian.
