Presenters will share their experience of the most successful implementations with Assets in Jira service Management. We will be co-hosting this event with Stockholm, Sweden Chapter. What is Asset Management and CMDB? 

Assets - a database of anything. For example: 

• People
• Facilities
• Practices

Asset data can be used in all areas of your company – it is not just a cost center. Once you get to know the benefits of proper asset management, including CMDB (Configuration Management Database), you will start to see how valuable assets are.

We will give you ideas how to build your own CMDB.

A CMDB should:

• give positive return on investment
• be complete enough to add value
• update data automatically
