ITSM-ESM Masters

IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and more are hot topics in the Atlassian ecosystem, and Atlassian's relevant solutions, Jira Service Management (JSM) and Opsgenie (OG) are coming together to create a 'new & improved' solution for Atlassian customers. So, we decided to create a new ACE chapter for those of us who care about these topics.

Unlike most ACE chapters, ITSM/ESM Masters is not aligned with a particular city. Its focus is on creating exceptional ITSM, ESM, and ITAM solutions with JSM, and our meetings will be virtual.

This ACE is for anyone and everyone who wants to learn from their JSM peers, Atlassians from the JSM team, and others in and around the Atlassian ecosystem.
