About this event
It's time for a new Atlassian Community Event (ACE)!
The Amsterdam Community Event kicks off on the 14 September 2023 and you're invited to take part in the event. Atlassian HQ in Amsterdam is our meeting spot to get the latest Atlassian news and join the networking.
During this ACE you will hear two presentations about Jira Align.
Driving transformations across diversified teams with Align (by Tarun Sapra)
Transformations can be complex, and with globally distributed teams we can't expect consistent Agile ways of working. And in many scenarios, parts of the enterprise might still be operating in a traditional PMO manner which makes transformations harder.
In this talk, Tarun will share insights from real-world engagements around how Jira Align increases delivery success, enables value tracking and improves prioritisation leading to a much higher percentage of scaling success at enterprises with varied ways of working.
Strategy to execution with Jira Align at ABN AMRO (by Ivo Bouwman)
A standard framework is not always the best fit for an organisation. ABN AMRO has transformed their business using a custom framework to enable them to deliver change in an efficient manner and keep their large change portfolio aligned with strategy.
In this talk you will hear how ABN AMRO uses Jira Align. You will hear about the benefits, but also about what it entails to implement Jira Align and the challenges that come with it.
After the presentation you'll have the opportunity to ask both presenters questions.
There will be Atlassian as well as partners available to answer your Atlassian-related questions. It will also be a great opportunity to exchange information with other Atlassian users and share your knowledge and/or problems.
Please RSVP as places are limited and we also know how much food and drinks we need :-).
We would like you to participate in the community. If you would like to be a speaker at a community event please let us know by an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or talk to one of the community leaders directly.
