About this event

Some enterprise customers have carefully crafted workflows and processes and need guarantees that their users won’t update work items that violate their practices. Jira’s bulk work item operations is a powerful feature, but can lead to work items being changed in ways that circumvent customer practices. To address this, we created a Forge app that can be used to replace Jira’s bulk work item capabilities in a manner that can be tailored by customers. This session will explain and demonstrate the app we built.
