Atlassian will visit New York, Chicago, London, and Munich this winter to bring their "Atlassian Connect: High Velocity" event to those cities. This year will focus on AI-powered service management delivered with JSM.

The agenda is packed with content designed to enable customers to:

o Innovate with AI-powered solutions for service management
o Maximize JSM’s AI capabilities, like AI-powered support and AI Ops
o Achieve new levels of efficiency, break down silos, and deliver services at scale.

Two members of the ITSM/ESM Masters leaders will attend—one in New York & Chicago and the other in London.

Maybe some of you will as well. 

For the March meetup of ITSM/ESM Masters, we'll provide a recap covering the major highlights as we see them. And we'll be joined by one of the Atlassian presenters to hear their commentary and insights as well.

Can we condense everything Atlassian covered in a day-long event in less than an hour? Of course not. However, we can share the key insights we gleaned from them and take questions from the audience.
