About this event
Teamwork is tough, and it’s not getting easier. As more teams switch to remote or hybrid work models, building and maintaining a sense of connection and shared purpose among team members is becoming increasingly challenging. If we're going to get our teams healthy, we need to hit the teamwork gym!
Join Mark Cruth, Modern Work Coach from Atlassian, for an engaging community session on the practices necessary to build a healthy team! We'll develop a shared understanding of responsibilities, team goals, how to work together, and our relationship with other teams. With just four simple exercises, you can bring your team in shape to become more productive and innovative. So let's pump... you up!
Arrive between 4:45PM-5:20PM CDT to attend this event. For security, the Wyman Building is locked after hours, and an employee badge is required in the elevator to enter the Perforce office. Volunteers will be downstairs to escort attendees upstairs between 4:45-5:25PM. We'll start with an Atlassian Trivia game at 5:30 and Mark's presentation will begin around 6PM.
The Wyman Building was originally built as a warehouse in 1896. There are a few concrete stairs to enter the building, and a few granite stairs in the lobby of the building to access the elevators. Once inside the building, there is a ramp beside the stairs.
The Wyman Building is located on First Avenue essentially 1-2 blocks south, and between, Ramp B and Ramp C. There is a direct entrance to Ramp B from 394E into downtown. The Wyman Building is also 2 blocks from the Metro Transit Warehouse District/Hennepin Avenue Light Rail station and many Metro Transit bus lines.
