Demo: Crumbs - the simple CRM for Jira

Crumbs is the simple customer data management tool that seamlessly integrates with Jira and Jira Service Desk so you can manage your customer information in one, centralised location.

The app enhances user experience by:

Creating a central customer data repository providing easy information capture and editing giving in-context customer information

Allowing you to focus on other mission-critical work

The presentation will begin with an introduction to the app, explaining the above points more in depth and highlighting how Crumbs can become an integral part of an ITSM solution for Jira and Jira Service Desk users.

This will be followed by a demo of Crumbs, with examples of how Crumbs can be integrated into your day-to-day tasks. The demo will work through the app from beginning to end, explaining at each stage how Crumbs benefits its users.

Crumbs was created to make your customer data management easier, we will show how the app can boost user productivity and performance, as well as enhancing customer support efficiency and will explain why Crumbs should be a permanent addition to your Jira solution.
