Aug 30, 2018, 3:30 – 5:30 PM

Our very own NAV are going to Atlassian summit this September, and they are going to have a session to talk about the agile transformation at NAV, and what the usage of Jira says about the culture, leadership, values and principles. Luckily, we will get to see a preview!

About this event

Torill Iversen and Kjell Tore Guttormsen will be speaking on behalf of NAV at Atlassian Summit 2018, and below is a synopsis of what we will expect:

A Journey From Bureaucracy to Enterprise Agility in Government

The Norwegian Labor and Welfare Directorate (NAV) is pioneering the digitization of the public sector in Norway. In this talk, they'll take you on their journey to build the world's best labor and welfare solutions, from bureaucracy to enterprise agility. Learn how they reorganized and scaled their IT organization to deliver faster (and cheaper!), find out how they ensure alignment between business and IT, and discuss how Jira can support agile at scale by de-scaling and simplifying.

Looking forward to see all of our Atlassian community in this special edition!
