Join us at NextEra and meet Mike McGreevy from the Atlassian Team to learn more about "How To Become a Higher Performing Team" - Atlassian has studied teams across functions and geographies, uncovering which team behaviors and attributes contribute to high degrees of performance. In this talk, I’ll open up our findings and offer a model for any team to improve their performance. Come with challenge areas in mind and leave with techniques and questions to consider when you return to work.
And the Confluence Cloud Product Manager will join us as well - Meet Wei Ling Heng from Atlassian explaining "How to Improve Team Productivity - with new Confluence features!"
Wei Ling Heng from Atlassian is here to show us how to make Confluence your team’s single source of truth and bring everyone on the team along. We will cover how to keep Confluence spaces and pages fresh, dynamic, and findable. She will also introduce the newest enterprise features in Confluence Cloud Premium and show an exclusive demo of features like analytics for insights on your content and admin key for solving permissions problems end-to-end.
Presenter: Wei Ling Heng is a Product Manager at Atlassian, where she works on the Confluence product team. Wei Ling’s primary areas of focus include: Confluence native mobile apps, Confluence permissions, and Confluence Enterprise customers.
We will also have a marketplace app sneak preview: this month Shadow Delete for Jira, it gives organizations peace-of-mind by replacing the default "Delete" button for those without delete permissions with a version that makes the issue only appear to be deleted, which can easily be restored by a global admin.

For more than 20 years, Richard Lea has studied and implemented process and project management principles in real-world scenarios to improve efficiency, safety, and adoption. As a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 10 years of PMI PMP Experience, throughout his career, Richard has seen what good, efficient processes look like, and which ones fail to meet those standards. Many times, the tools that the team is using for the project fall short. Although people ultimately power the final results, the tools could help dramatically. This is just one of the reasons for Richard’s latest venture, Agile Process Integration, LLC.
Agile Process Integration, LLC is the culmination of all of Richard’s experience. From his time as an Operations Manager in the early ‘90s to his more recent work as Director of Business Process Management, Agile Process Integration, LLC takes the best practices and natural instincts of a professional and puts them in an easy to use, full-scale management tool. The best practices in project and process management are right here, so teams don’t have to switch context while working to consult with documentation. With this approach, Richard brought improved efficiency to even process management itself, helping the next generation of leaders.
Agile Process Integration, LLC’s tools are meant to work seamlessly with Atlassian and best practices. They aren’t needlessly complex with extra bells and whistles for the sake of including them. When a manager uses one of Agile Process Integration, LLC’s tools for the first time, it should feel familiar and intuitive, rather than clunky or confusing. That’s what a well-managed project looks like after all, and the tool only furthers that goal.
While Atlassian’s Jira software is fantastic on its own, with apps from Agile Process Integration, LLC, teams specializing in agile project management have a tool that feels more prepared for the task than ever before. Richard has spent years studying Atlassian, and before starting Agile Process Integration, LLC, wanted to ensure that he had the right approach to make the best applications for the platform. With the launching of their first two applications, Decisions for Jira and Shadow Delete for Jira, they knew they were onto something.
