This is a hands-on instructor-led workshop on using ScriptRunner Behaviors in order to enforce best practices in the way that Jira tickets are created, assigned and prioritised. We will present five scenarios and show how you can use scripts from the Adaptavist library to streamline IT service desk processes.
This workshop is best suited for users who have a basic knowledge of Jira and are familiar with ScriptRunner for Jira, but newcomers who would like to learn more about these topics are also welcome!
