About this event
Have you ever experienced the lack of organization, the lack of visibility and the heavy load of cumbersome administrative activities while managing large programs involving technology teams and beyond?
Find out how Lumeris enabled technology to provide business team collaboration for better visibility and business outcomes, while letting each team maintain their autonomy.
Cidoni Brind of Lumeris - a long-time St. Louis AUG member - will share the challenges they addressed followed by a live demo of the solution they’ve built. You will also hear some best practices he will share that you can leverage in your own organization! Cidoni is currently an Enterprise Agile Coach and a SAFe SPC, helping to guide the organization through its Agile Transformation journey (as part of Lumeris' Agile Center of Excellence).
He’ll be joined by Eugene Sokhransky, a product expert, head of support, and biz dev manager for ALM Works out of their Boston office. ALM Works is the company behind the Structure for Jira app, that's now available for all Jira platforms (Server, Data Center and Cloud). Over the past 7 years Eugene has had the opportunity to see literally hundreds of companies tackle the complexity of managing large projects, and he looks forward to meeting St. Louis AUG members and sharing some of his knowledge. Don't miss this one!
Of course, as always, sponsors provide food, beverages and swag. Yes, swag! Atlassian has promised to make up for missing the swag shipment at last meeting. Please RSVP early as this helps a lot in the planning for food and beverage purchases.
We look forward to seeing you all, hope you can join us!
July 3 UPDATE: We have a confirmed meeting location!!
It's in Riverport, and has spacious and adjacent parking (park anywhere there is an open space, and there should be many at the time you arrive). Walk in the main doors (you can park and enter on either side of the building), and look for the AUG sign...our meeting room is on the first floor by the building's cafe. See address details below.
Feel free to arrive earlier if that works best for your schedule.
Announcements and Intros
Presentation and Q&A
Cidoni and Eugene will share the stage. It's just an educated guess that their presentation plus Q&A and discussion will last one hour; it's based on the plugin's popularity. Those who came to our May meeting will note that it came up a few times in that meeting during our Summit takeaway presentations.
Swag Giveaways, Final Words, Mingling
This closing part of the meeting may occur earlier, it's just a rough guess.
...but feel free to stick around for a bit as we clean up! See you next month - in late August - at the yet to be announced date and location of our 6th Annual AUG in Aug!
