AJ Schmalenberger is an Enterprise Solutions Architect at CPrime. In this presentation, he will go over how to use Automation to streamline use of JSM, to help reduce workload for agents, improve reporting and help decision making.
As an overview we will learn from AJ how to automate things like:
We will move things up a half hour earlier than we traditionally have, opening the doors for attendees at 5:30pm (instead of 6pm) and starting the meeting at 6pm (instead of 6:30pm). Also, we will end the meeting after 60 minutes instead of 90 minutes. Being released at 7pm, means attendees get out an hour earlier than in the past. So, just a few changes to shake things up and see how you like it.
