Have you heard of Atlassian’s newest offering?
According to Atlassian, Jira Align delivers the most comprehensive software solution available for scaling Agile to the enterprise. If you believe the hype, it can transform the way organizations enable and manage Agile productivity across their enterprise, portfolios, programs and teams by aligning business strategy with technical execution. Jira Align combines sophisticated planning, analysis, forecasting and visualization with robust, multi-level collaboration and management.
Our Jira Align tour guide will be Dave Hale from Atlassian.
Come to this meeting to learn more - Dave will be giving a brief presentation and demo folllowed by a Q&A. Dave has been in the Agile space since the early days of XP, through the early SCRUM adoption by teams and helping to lead the way for Agile at Scale.
Join your fellow St Louis AUG members on Wednesday, November 13 to learn more about what the latest addition to the Atlassian family is all about, and learn what we are working on for 2020. Don't miss it! We would appreciate it if you RSVP early and put it on your calendar while you're at it.
Added Presentation: "Key Takeaways from Atlassian/Google Enterprise Software Governance Forum"
This recent forum held in the Bay Area recently brought two big names in software together. Governance has increasing importance as Atlassian tools scale in your organization. As an opener for our November 13 meeting, you'll want to hear the highlights that local Atlassian expert, Steve Terelmes from Expium, has curated for all of us!
What are our AUG (Atlassian User Group) Meetings all about?
Our meetings are about connecting you to local and visiting presenters, to fellow members and to a number of Atlassian partners who frequently attend our meetings. The Atlassian partners are expert in various parts of the Atlassian ecosystem (and have the certifications and customer references to prove it) and/or provide plugins that many organizations find useful. As always, free pizza and beverages and usually, a good amount of Atlassian swag.
And last but not least, thanks to Panera for agreeing to be our host for this meeting. We last were hosted by Panera a few years ago, so can say with authority that its a great location for our AUG meetings. It hits the trifecta of good location (near 44 and 270), ample and nearby parking, and a good-sized meeting room that comes at no cost. Thank you Tim!
