Well it turns out, you can! Atlassian’s Forge platform allows you to develop rich customisations and automations with just a few lines of JavaScript. In this session, we’ll show you how to extend the customer portal experience, programmatically analyse tickets using the API, and provide a broad overview of the extensibility opportunities in Jira Service Management. Though this presentation will involve code, Forge is a “low code” platform accessible to any technical team member familiar with JavaScript.
