Presenter Bios!
Amir Ismail - Director & Chief Technology Architect (DSS, Inc.)
Leveraging 19 years of technology requirements and infrastructure deployment design, Amir Ismail currently serves as the Director and CTA of the vxVistA division of DSS, Inc. a major Health IT company based out of Florida. Needing a better solution for their service desk team and customers, Amir and his team worked closely with the DSS Atlassian Implementation team on the design and implementation of JIRA Service Desk for the vxVistA division.
Brody Schroeder - Senior Technical Analyst (DSS, Inc.)
Brody started his career at DSS in 2015 as an Installation and Technical Analyst, Junior and has worked his way up to a Sr. Installations & Technical Analyst.
Brody was brought in as a Team lead for the JIRA Implementation at DSS, Inc. and has since become an expert on many things that JIRA has to offer in relation to the Service Desk.
Tracy Walton - Atlassian Consultant (Isos Technology)
Tracy Walton is an Atlassian Consultant with Isos Technology. She started her journey with Jira as a Product Manager looking for a more efficient way to manage her backlog and provide transparency to her team and colleagues.
Six years later and with many lessons learned, she remains an Atlassian enthusiast with the goal of assisting others get the most from their Atlassian products.
Tracy's consulting is a unique blend of her passion for leading teams, her product expertise, and 10 years of hand-ons experience in agile software development in a variety of products and industries, including Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Subscription Billing and Compensation Analysis. She is an Atlassian Certified Professional: Agile for Jira and Jira Software Administrator and holds additional certifications as a Scrum Master and Life Coach.
When she is not consulting she is likely out gardening or swimming with her family where they reside in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas, Ca.
